Your own en-suite room for the week, and one place on the Experience.
Wednesday 8 - Monday 13 September 2027 · Avis, Alentejo, Portugal
More than half our guests come on their own, so you'll be in good company. You arrive on your own terms, join a small group of around sixteen rowers, and most people leave having made proper friends. We never pair guests up - if you're travelling alone, this is the room for you.
If you're coming with someone, please choose one of the shared rooms instead.
What's included
Five nights in a private en-suite room at a quiet lakeside hotel
One row a day on the reservoir with Alex and the team, in stable coastal sculling boats - no experience needed
Daily yoga, mobility and breathwork
All meals, eaten together, with wine at dinner and welcome drinks on the first evening
Fireside talks with Alex
Wine tasting and a traditional fado evening
The pool, lakeside walks and plenty of time to yourself
Group transfer from Lisbon airport at 3pm on arrival day, returning at 9am on departure day
A Mind Body Row gift to take home
Not included: flights to Lisbon, travel insurance and any extra drinks. Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost.
Paying
Pay in full, or reserve with a 50% deposit of £2,175. The balance is taken automatically on 14 July 2027, eight weeks before we start.
If your plans change
56 days or more before: we refund what you've paid, less 20% of the total cost
30 to 55 days before: we refund 50% of the total cost
Under 30 days: no refund
You can pass your place to someone else at no cost with 7 days' notice
We'd recommend taking out travel insurance as soon as you book.
